Avoid Sun Exposure – Stay out of direct sunlight on the treatment area for at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Skip Retinol and Exfoliants – Discontinue use of retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and other exfoliating products 3–5 days before treatment to avoid sensitivity.

Stay Hydrated – Well-hydrated skin responds better to treatment and heals more quickly.

Avoid Blood Thinners – If possible, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and alcohol for 24 hours before treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.

Clean Skin – Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin on the day of your appointment.

No Recent Treatments – Avoid chemical peels, facials, or microneedling on the treatment area for at least one week before treatment.
VeVe Medspa Cancellation Policy
At VeVe Medspa, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we require the following:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing 24 hours' notice will be charged a $50 deposit. This deposit must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Booking After a No-Show: If you miss your appointment, you will need to call our office directly to schedule your next visit. Online booking will not be available until the deposit is paid.
