PRE-APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines before your eyeshadow appointment:

Time Required: The application process takes approximately 8–10 minutes per eye, plus 30 minutes for numbing.

Avoid Retinol & Vitamin A Skincare: Stop use 4–6 weeks before treatment to prevent irritation and improve pigment retention.

Remove Contact Lenses: Take out your contacts at least 24 hours before your appointment to prevent dryness and sensitivity.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: You cannot undergo the procedure if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please wait at least 6 weeks postpartum before booking.
VeVe Medspa Cancellation Policy
At VeVe Medspa, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we require the following:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing 24 hours' notice will be charged a $50 deposit. This deposit must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Booking After a No-Show: If you miss your appointment, you will need to call our office directly to schedule your next visit. Online booking will not be available until the deposit is paid.
